Titanmedia is an award-winning adult entertainment company that is growing rapidly.
A new building was purchased with the goal of consolidating sales and office functions under the same roof with production and editing. To allow for simultaneous activities at all times, soundproofing was integrated into the facility design from the start with all new walls, doors and air conditioners.

Due to an accelerated schedule, bidding and O.T.I. permitting was broken up into several phases.
