This unique San Francisco house is a 100-year-old Victorian just North of the Golden Gate Park Panhandle that was in a great deal
of distress and had to be stripped down to the studs.
The scope of the work included:
- New 3rd story (1,000 sq ft)
- New Balcony and New Flat Roof
- Code required Full Seismic Upgrade
