This unique remodeling project was featured in episode HGREN-305H of Home and Garden TV's "Generation Renovation". The project was done in a short amount of time with a very small budget. The house had been neglected for a long time and most finishes and fixtures had to be removed.

The scope of the work included:

• New 375 sq ft Redwood Deck with Trellis in Sideyard. (Alameda Planning Dept. approval was required)
• Expedited Permit
• Small Post-Production Video Edit Suite in Garage
