This unique project is a small but fully featured recording studio inside a residential San Francisco Victorian.

After laying out the plans for vestibule, lounge, tracking and control rooms, to confirm fit in the real world, an acoustic model was built in a software called C.A.R.A. (Computer Aided Room Acoustics).
